Terms and Conditions
Introduction
Welcome to NutritionCraft. By joining NutritionCraft - a Private Membership Association (PMA), and by using our website or social media groups, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Your membership is non-transferable and constitutes a private agreement between you and the Association.
1. Objective
The objective of NutritionCraft PMA is to provide a platform for the Founders, Trustees, and all members to conduct private business and exchange goods and services within the protections guaranteed by Natural Law.
2. Rights and Freedoms
Members have the right to exercise freedom of speech and to freely pursue their physical, spiritual, economic, social, and cultural development as guaranteed by Natural Law. All activities of the Association are restricted to the private domain and are outside the public jurisdiction of government entities and regulatory bodies.
3. Vision
To create a self-governed community focused on self-determined wellness, providing access to high-quality nutrition and promoting a culture of respect and compassion.
4. Mission
The Association is committed to supporting its members' health, vitality, clarity, and freedom by providing knowledge and resources essential to achieving these states.
5. Values
The core values of the Association include respect for the dignity of free will, truth, natural health, integrity, family and community, justice, stewardship, transparency, and authenticity.
6. Member Benefits
- Access to NutritionCraft Subscription services for per transaction fee.
- Discounts on NutritionCraft products and offerings.
- Priority access to NutritionCraft events.
- Discounts on LifeCraft Therapy and other LifeCraft offerings.
7. Membership Dues
Membership fees are $0.10 per transaction. Members will be notified of any changes to the fee structure and given the option to withdraw from the Association if they disagree with such changes.
8. Refund Policy
NutritionCraft does not provide refunds.
9. Member Cancellation, Suspension, or Revocation
Members may withdraw from the Association at any time. Membership benefits can be revoked by the Executive Team if a member interacts in a way that is contrary or detrimental to the values and rules of the Association.
10. Dispute Resolution
Disputes between members will be resolved through peaceful communication. If necessary, disputes can be brought before a member tribunal for resolution.
11. Non-Disclosure Agreement
All information shared within the Association is confidential and private. No information will be shared with the public domain without written permission from the Executive Team or the member involved.
12. Memorandum of Comprehension
Members understand that within the Association, no wholesaler/retailer-customer relationship exists. Members are responsible for their own decisions regarding products and services offered by fellow members.
13. Termination
Members can be terminated by the Executive Team if they interact in a way that is contrary or detrimental to the focus, principles, and betterment of the Association.
14. Change of Capacity
By joining the Association, members voluntarily change their legal status from public consumers to private members, agreeing not to pursue legal action against fellow members unless there is a clear and present danger of substantive harm.
15. Informed Consent
Members join the Association of their own free will, without pressure or coercion. Members affirm that they do not represent any regulatory agency. Membership can be terminated for abusive, dishonest, violent, or nuisance behavior.
16. Agreement Statements
This agreement serves as a private lawful agreement, beginning on the date of joining NutritionCraft PMA. By joining, members declare that they have read and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined herein.
